Session One: You-Mapping
In this introduction lesson, Sarah teaches on the importance of being whole, and how a fractured, disjointed believer is not God’s intention for His people.
-
Session Two: Preserving the Past (Don't)
What has happened to you and what you think about what has happened to you makes all the difference in how (and if) you are able to move forward. In this session, Sarah goes over one of the primary reasons we are unable to move wholly into what God has for us: our pasts.
-
Session Three: The Expectation Effect
Sometimes our relationships are suffering simply because our expectations are not being met. In this session, Sarah talks about expectations, and how they keep us distant in the midst of close relationships.
-
Session Four: Presently Present
A theme throughout “Hey You,” is building yourself. In this session, Sarah dials in on how we can prepare to carry what God has called us to, without breaking in the process.
-
Session Five: The Priority in the Peripheral
In the midst of all of life’s outcomes, the things we desire, the things we pursue, and all the reasons why, in this final session, Sarah details what should remain our priority.
