“Hey You,”
In the pages of this book, I’ll wrap an arm around you and walk with you through some of the things I wished I had been more mindful of during different seasons of my life. This book is set up for daily reading, and is designed to be a guide, coaching you through different moments of hesitation, anxiety, discouragement, and the insecurities that often come with just wanting to do and be well.
At the end, I hope you're encouraged even more to keep going and give the world more of the gift of who you are.
Cheering you on.
